Railroad Gardening ~ Hosted by Dennis Rose

Sunday, August 3, 2014 1:00 PM  at Joy Creek Nursery

There are many plants that are appropriate for a garden railroad. Finding them is like going on a treasure hunt. Dwarf trees, perennials, and ground covers give a railroad garden a unique personality. If you have room for a hedgerow of mixed plants, for example, search out small forms of hebes, azaleas, and even small-leafed Pieris japonica. There are many more gems still waiting to be found. Dennis Rose will show you how to begin your search and what to expect along the way.

This class is free and open to the public.

There is a $10.00 class fee for ‘CEH’ Certification.
